TERMS OF SALE
1. Object
These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on rapidquality.myshopify.com
for the digital product "Rapid Quality" (browser extension).
2. Product
Rapid Quality is a digital browser extension delivered as a downloadable ZIP file.
It is installable in developer mode on Chrome, Edge, and Brave browsers.
3. Price
The price is displayed in the customer's local currency, taxes included where applicable.
Current price: $20 / lifetime (one-time payment).
4. Order and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is processed via
Shopify's secure payment system.
5. Delivery
The product is delivered electronically by email immediately after payment confirmation,
via a secure download link valid for 90 days, with a maximum of 5 download attempts.
The product includes or is accompanied by installation instructions, setup information, or a tutorial. The customer is responsible for reviewing and following the provided instructions before requesting support or a refund.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, the customer has a right of withdrawal
of 14 days. However, for digital products delivered immediately, this right is
waived as soon as the customer starts the download. By proceeding with the
purchase and download, the customer expressly accepts the loss of their right
of withdrawal.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case
basis. If you encounter a technical issue, contact us within 14 days at the
email listed in our contact information.
8. Liability
Rapid Quality is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held responsible for
indirect damages related to use of the extension. The customer is responsible
for compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the
competent French courts.
